"Let out what is inside of you,
for what is inside of you will save you". I believe this quote emphasizes the power of the therapeutic process: personal empowerment through self-expression, self-knowledge, and self-acceptance. In an ever-demanding, stressful, and confusing world, it's easy to lose sight of one of the most healing and fulfilling relationships one can have: the relationship with oneself. I experience therapy as a unique collaboration in which one is guided toward a more profound and restorative understanding of their individuality.

My work as a therapist is to help you access "what is inside of you" that saves you. In counseling, you will have the space to explore the confusing and stressful worlds within you and around you, and to process the complexities of the heart, mind, and soul. Through psychodynamic psychotherapy I work with the conscious and unconscious, observing relational patterns of the past and present. All persons, of any walks of life, are welcome to join this practice of emboldening self-expression and to experience the rejuvenating possibilities of being deeply listened to by another.
